From the archives – This is a photo of four of Escambia’s Finest. The deputies are standing in front of their cruisers with a member of the military in the 1950s. Note the crossdraw holsters, which were popular during that era. My notes identify Edsel Raby and Roland Davis as being in the photo, but Bill Davis might also be in it. Can any “seasoned” deputies identify them?
