Captain Martin Villar was stabbed to death on the Pensacola waterfront in 1882.

But that was only the beginning.

Before it was over, the Villar/Glennon affair would bring together a local saloon, whispers of scandal, a bloody confrontation, and one of those old Pensacola stories that sounds almost too dramatic to be true.
